Love languages
Once I had an opportunity to communicate with a foreigner who shared with an interesting theory. He asked, why people divorce. And answered, the matter is they do not speak similar language. What languages did he mean? The love languages, by an idea of a doctor G. Chapman.
Reassurance words. This love language is meant to those people who like the compliments, warm words, praise, and approval. As an example, my father likes this way of communication. After a warm word he is ready to do everything in the world to please.
Quality time. It is one of the most powerful love languages as in an everyday life we get less time for everything, but work. Sometimes a person is able to buy everything that he/she wants and surround himself with the most desirable and expensive things, but, unfortunately, he/she does not have anybody to communicate in spite of the fact that he/she is married to a wonderful person.
Gifts. Actually, it is the easiest language. A person learns about love due to the presented things, small or large, but it is important that a husband/wife displays love with the gifts.
Intimate. Touching, kissing, making love – these elements are ones of the intimate love language. If passion ends or takes time-out, a representative of this group begins suspecting that his spouse does not love him any more.
Help. It is the last love language which is characterized by mutual help about the house, in the business, in the children upbringing etc.
It is easy to learn the love language of your partner if you really know what he/she likes and dislikes.
